We pulled up to a red light the other day and I chuckled at the car in front of us.
"Hey, read that car's license plate," I said.
"9-fer, G78??...what's that mean?" He responded.
"No. Read that license plate frame thing-a-ma-jig."
[laughter]
It read 'Smile. I could be behind you.'
It was an undercover cop.
