A Nice Mistake

Last week I ordered a couple pairs of shoes for work. Today I returned them. They were the same brand and size, but one pair was way too big, and one pair pinched my toes. Story of my life. The lady at the store took her time ringing up the return. My attention had started to wander around the store when I heard, "How did that happen?"

I looked back at the cash register. "Whoa! I don't know, but I'll take it!"

The total the computer told her to credit for a $291 purchase: $71,536.48.
