Living Social

For those of you that know me, you should know that I enjoy writing angrily worded emails. It may be in part because I like to complain. It is definitely because I can organize my thoughts to argue my point much better in writing that while vocalizing. And it may, in small part, be because on occasion it has it has been know to actually work and I have received small compensations. A $50 flight voucher here, some free flowers there it helps in a small way to right a wrong.

If there is one thing I've learned, it is that angrily worded emails don't work as well as rationally, strongly worded emails. And so, I thump out the angry words that I really want to say. And then delete the curse words and name calling and throw in a few rational 'I understand, however's. Works like a charm.
